Arabia began in 1987 as a small rotisserie in the Jardins neighbourhood of São Paulo. Here Leila Mohamed Youssef and her husband Sérgio Kuczynski enchanted their fans with the Lebanese cuisine that Leila introduced and prepared with the utmost care and expertise.

During this time, Leila's delicacies could be tasted on the balcony or ordered as take-away.

The house soon became too small for the growing number of customers. In 1992, Leila and Sergio decided to open the Arabia Restaurant, seating up to 120 people.

The house is decorated in a Mediterranean style, as a project by the architect and scenographer Felipe Crescenti and includes a model kitchen, which is supervised personally by the owners to this day.

Among the successful dishes of the house that have delighted its frequent guests for more than 20 years are: Quibe Cru, stuffed artichoke and Moroccan Couscous. And of course, the irresistible « esfihas » of meat, cheese and vegetables.

The Arabia Restaurant is located at Rua Haddock Lobo 1397 - Jardins - São Paulo.

Open daily for lunch and dinner: Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

No meal tickets accepted.
