tmn - Mobile communications

Earn 1 mile for each euro spent on services provided by tmn

Earning miles while you use your mobile is now very easy.

Every Victoria Member who is also a tmn customer can earn 1 Bonus Mile for every 1 € spent on services provided by tmn and paid for by the customer.


For example, if you have received and paid for 5 € worth of tmn services, your Victoria account will be credited with 5 Bonus Miles. Bonuses of phone card loading, up-grade credits and all other types of tmn bonuses do not qualify for miles.


Victoria Members - Private clients

To start earning Bonus Miles with tmn, simply to call 1696 - the tmn help-line - or to visit any tmn outlet and provide their Victoria Membership number. From then onwards the miles accumulated will be automatically credited into your account. It’s very easy – just speak and earn!


Terms and conditions

  • Top-up bonus, up-grade credits and any other tmn bonus will not earn you miles.
  • Only one mobile phone per Victoria Membership number is permitted - any complaints should be directed to tmn, who will either approve or refuse requests for miles to be credited.
  • Miles that are validated by tmn will be credited to the next report to be sent to TAP or their representative.
  • Tmn will not award miles for services that are clearly documented to have been provided more than six months previously.
  • Records of all usage will start on the first day of the month in which the formal subscription is received by tmn, although miles will only be credited two months later.

Professionals Clients

Before starting to earn Bonus Miles with tmn, business customers of tmn should first decide which of the following three options to choose:

Option 1 One Victoria Membership card earns miles from one tmn mobile phone.
Option 2 One Victoria Membership card earns miles from all of the tmn mobile phone numbers that are linked to the same taxpayer number.
Option 3 Several Victoria Membership cards earn miles from all of the tmn mobile phone numbers that are linked to the same taxpayer number, the miles being equally distributed among the different Victoria Membership cards.

The option that is chosen will have an effect on all of the tmn cards that are linked with the Company's taxpayer number.

In order to formalise enrolment, a fax or letter should be sent to tmn, either on the company's headed paper or with the signature of the head of the company stamped with the official company stamp.

The document to be sent should include the following information: 

  • A mobile phone number for the Company
  • The tmn Account Number or Multibanco reference
  • The desired mileage distribution option
  • The number(s) of the Victoria membership card(s) that should earn miles.

Conditions:

  • The granting of miles is conditional on fulfilment of the payment terms agreed with tmn. 
  • Recording of all usage will start on the first day of the month in which the formal enrolment is received by tmn, although miles will only be credited two months later.
  • The option selected will have effect on all tmn cards identified with the number of the contributor of the company.
  • To apply, simply send your application to tmn by post, fax, on company letterhead, or signed by a company official, with respective commercial seal.
