TAP launches new booking engine for the Fly Corporate Programme

TAP Fly Corporate Programme customers (the TAP Loyalty Programme for SMEs) now have a new flight booking engine.
The new TAP IBE Redemption enables customers of the Fly Corporate Programme to benefit from fast online booking of bonus flights and the printing of travel receipts. This new service is part of TAP's continuous improvement of the product made available to customers who appreciate the increased travel convenience and the improved service level.
Another new service feature within the remit of the Fly Corporate Programme is the recent launch of a totally dedicated telephone service on 707 200 221, from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.
Customers now have telephone support in addition to the existing email tapcorporatefly@tap.pt for issues related to their business account. The telephone support is provided by a Fly Corporate team with specific training and exclusively devoted to the members of this TAP Corporate Programme.
The TAP Fly Corporate Programme offers considerable cost reduction benefits for associated companies as well as the collection of Corporate Points which can subsequently be converted into bonus tickets and upgrades. It also enables online management of corporate account features, such as consulting points’ statements, adding new users, managing/changing the company profile and the respective points accounting method, the booking and issue of bonus tickets, upgrade requests etc. These features are all available 24/7 in a convenient and secure manner.
