Two lounges in Lisbon Airport


On 22 December TAP has two lounges in Lisbon Airport - TAP premium|lounge and the Blue Lounge.


The brand-new TAP premium|lounge has an area of approximately 500m² and is designed by architect Miguel Arruda and his team. Facilities include rest, leisure and entertainment areas, and a multimedia and business centre.The new lounge also offers wireless Internet as well as private WC and shower facilities - and a refined new eating and drinking area with catering concept by prestigious chef Vítor Sobral.


Entrance to the new lounge is beside the Food Court in Terminal 1 of Lisbon Airport (where the Passarola restaurant used to be located).


Access to the TAP premium|lounge is restricted to Victoria Gold Winner members, tap|executive travellers, tap|corporate and TAP Platinum American Express card holders, and all Star Alliance Gold travellers. The new facility is part of TAP's ongoing service differentiation strategy, which began with our "1 Flight, 5 Ways to Travel" initiative.


Lounge access policy is in line with the rules of the Star Alliance network.


TAP is still making the difference with Victoria Silver Winner Members and TAP VISA Gold and Victoria HSBC Mastercad Gold holders.. That's why we offer you the Blue Lounge, where you'll have TAP's usual comfort and service level.


In addition to two self-contained lounge areas, the Blue Lounge also features a business centre with Internet, fax and telephone facilities, Portuguese and world newspapers and magazines, LCD screens with real time departures information, catering service, games facilities and a mobile phone charging point.


With modern, comfortable decor, the Blue Lounge is open daily from 0600 to 2300 and is located beside the corridor leading to gates 7 to 13.


But that's not all! As a Victoria Silver Winner member, you are entitled to use our tap|executive check-in desks, regardless of which class you're travelling, as well as the priority security and x-ray controls at Lisbon Airport.


And if you're a TAP Visa Gold or a Victoria HSBC Mastercard Gold card holder, you qualify for our premium check-in services at tap|plus desks.
