TAP is changing to a new booking system

Due to the migration of our booking system and inventory to the Amadeus Altéa platform, customers may experience difficulties when making premium bookings with partner airlines in the programme over the next weeks.
The technical difficulties we are still experiencing are preventing us from making reservations with our partner airlines.
This is also affecting the call volume and duration of calls on the Victoria Helpline. Therefore we would like to apologise and request your patience.
We are making every effort to restore normal service as soon as possible.
We are improving our services to serve you better.
