TAP hosts its Clients at the 3rd Victoria Golf Tournament

On 21 May, TAP gathered its Victoria Programme clients once again to enjoy special moments at the Troiagolf golf course at Troiaresort for the third year running.
Designed by renowned US architect Robert Trent Jones Sr., this 18-hole course has been named one of the 20 best golf courses in Europe by Golf World magazine.
This initiative brought TAP even closer to its Victoria Programme participants in an informal, playful and relaxed environment, and allowed it to fraternise with business partners and strengthen the synergies between the brands, TAP clients and golf – an activity considered key to the country’s tourism development.
The event was organised with the collaboration of the TAP Club, which is responsible for the oldest course-less golf club in Portugal, established in May 1975.
The 3rd Victoria Golf Tournament coincides with the TAP Loyalty Programme forecasting 15% growth for 2010, totalling 1.15 million Victoria members around the world by the end of the year.
The winners of this competition were Rasmussen Bo and Kastrup Fin with 42 points. The remaining scores are available at the TAP Victoria site, www.tapvictoria.com, where places can also be booked on the second leg of the 3rd Victoria Open, which takes place in Madeira in September, at the Santo da Serra Golf Course. Reservations can be made until 31 August.
