1st Victoria Open Brazil

In September this year the first Victoria Open will be contested in Baía, Brazil, at the Costa do Sauípe Golf Links and the Iberostar Praia do Forte Golf Club.

Tournament Schedule:

1) 4 September - reserved for training on both courses

2) 5 September – Costa do Sauípe Golf Links

3) 6 September - Iberostar Praia do Forte Golf Club

Players must make their reservations via the FBG (Federação Baiana de Golfe) - the Baiana Golf Federation with Renata Vilas Boas (renata@fbgolfe.com.br) - 071 9652-9494.

Players can register up to 28 August, 2010.

The agency GOLF TRAVEL will be the tournament's official agency and has prepared special packages.

Prizes:

1st Prize - awarded to the winner with the best NET result in all categories:

• 1 (one) Invitation to participate in the TAP Open Algarve (November 2010), including flight Brazil/Portugal, Tournament enrollment for the 7 (seven) days, 7 days' accomodation and 7 days' car rental.

The following prizes will be selected at random from all the participants:

Prize Draw:

• 2 nights in the Pousada Porto Bay Glenzhaus in Búzios.

• 1 weekend (2 nights) in L'Hotel Porto Bay São Paulo.

• 1 weekend (2 nights) in Dom Pedro Laguna Beach Villas Golf & Spa Resort in Aquiraz Riviera.
  

• 1 meal for 2 people in the Trebbiano Restaurant in the Hotel Porto Bay São Paulo.

Players scoring a hole in one at hole 13 (Sauipe) or hole 9 (Iberostate) will be entered into a prize draw for a golf cart offered by Carryon / Club Car.

General Terms and Conditions:

• The maximum permitted number of players is 80.

• The tournament shall be contested using the Stableford Net system.

• The player must have an official handicap index of the Brazilian Golf Confederation (CBG) or from another federation.

• Price of Entry: R$280 (without golf-cart) which includes 3 green fees, welcome cocktail to be held in the Costa do Sauípe on  4 September, awards ceremony on 6 September at  Iberostar, transfers to and from the courses, shirt with tournament logo, welcome toast and various prize draws.

• The cost of a shared golf-cart is R$ 50. Please request your golf-cart reservation from Renata (Renata@fbgolfe.com.br). It will also be possible to play with a caddie (R$ 40,00).
