2011 was TAP’s best year ever
TAP carried a total of 9.75 million passengers in 2011 and recorded a load factor of 76.3 percent, making the year the best ever for the Portuguese airline with respect to these indicators.
The 9.75 million passengers carried represent an increase of more than 660,000 passengers over 2010 figures, equivalent to a growth of 7.3 percent. The load factor rose by 1.8 percent over the previous year.
