An e-ticket is not printed on paper. This means that the flight coupons are not in paper form and are replaced by virtual coupons that are stored in the airline's database and can always be accessed by all TAP stores and call centres.
After your ticket has been issued, you will be sent a confirmation by e-mail or fax. An e-ticket does not entail any changes in booking or payment procedures.

Why should I use electronic ticketing?
An e-ticket is safer for you because it can never be forgotten, lost or stolen. You board your flight the normal way with this ticket, even if you do not have your TAP Victoria membership card or credit card with you.
Just present your passport or identity card as identification at a check-in counter.
With an e-ticket if you need to change or cancel your reservation, you don't need to do it in person - just contact us.

Where can I purchase an e-ticket?
You can make your flight reservation at www.tapvictoria.com or www.flytap.com. Alternatively, contact TAP or Victoria Call Centre, a TAP ticket office or your travel agency.
