1.
How can I make sure that my miles have been credited?
Air (TAP & partner carriers)
In order to avoid irregularities in the crediting of miles, whenever you make a booking check that your Victoria number is correct and that the name is the same as that in your profile. This will ensure that the miles are automatically credited to you.
*If you travel under a different name from that registered in your Victoria profile, the miles will not be credited automatically. So that we can be sure that we are crediting the miles to the right customer, we need you to email us at victoriamiles@tap.pt and attach a copy of an ID document and proof that you took the flight. We will then credit your miles.
2.
How do I claim miles for the activities I have undertaken?
If your miles do not reflect on your mileage statement, then please send originals of the boarding passes and copies of the flight tickets to the following contacts:
Victoria Programme Administration
Apartado 50194
1704-801 Lisbon
Portugal
Fax: +351 21 841 68 40
E_mail: victoria@tap.pt
Miles can only be credited retroactively provided the activity does not date back more than 6 months.
You can also claim miles online under claim missing miles. However we request you to please retain all your original documents until the credit reflects on your mileage statement.
