How can I make sure that my miles are credited to my account?

To make sure that your miles are credited to your Victoria account, always quote your Victoria Membership number everytime you make your reservation and remember to show your membership card at the check-in (also applies to non-air partners).

Please make sure that the name on the reservation is the same you have on your Victoria profile.

How do I claim miles for the activities I have undertaken?

If your miles do not reflect on your mileage statement, then please send originals of the boarding passes and copies of the flight tickets to the following contacts:

Miles can only be credited retroactively provided the activity does not date back more than 6 months.

You can also claim miles online under claim missing miles. However we request you to please retain all your original documents until the credit reflects on your mileage statement.

How can I claim the miles I have accrued with Partners of the Victoria Programme?

To claim miles you must contact the Victoria Partner's directly, through the form or contacts information available online, preferably showing proof of payment.

Where can I check my Victoria miles?

It is possible to check your Victoria mileage account under my account. In order to do so, you would require a PIN. Without, it will not be possible to access your mileage account.

If you still do not have a PIN code, or if you have lost or forgotten it, please contact Victoria Service Centre. You can even request a new PIN online or via the email address victoriapin@tap.pt

If you do not have a PIN code please contact your Victoria Service Centre.

My Victoria account is locked. What can I do?

Access to your account is blocked whenever you introduce an incorrect PIN number.

To access your account again, please request a new PIN.

Can I buy additional miles or extend the validity of my miles?

Victoria gives you the option to buy additional miles and to extend the validity of your existing Victoria miles online.

As an alternative you can still transfer your miles to another Victoria account.

7.

For how long are Victoria miles valid?

Your miles are valid for at least 3 years. Miles that have not been spent by then will expire.

Examples: You enrolled in Victoria on 12 March 2004. The annual expiry date for your miles is 31 March. Miles collected from April 2004 until the end of that year will expire on 31 March 2008 if they have not been used.

Can I have the expired miles re-credited to my account?

No, it is not possible to re-credit the expired miles to your Victoria account.

May I transfer my miles to another mileage account?

You may transfer miles between Victoria accounts but not between accounts from different frequent flyer and customer loyalty programmes.

When will I be informed about my mileage balance?

You will receive Victoria e-news on a monthly basis, wherer your miles will be shown, and you can also consult your online statement whenever you want.
