What is an e-ticket?

With an e-ticket, you can book your flight the normal way, but your ticket is not printed on paper. Instead, we store it in our reservation system as an electronic ticket or "e-ticket".

If you want, we can send you a receipt of your e-ticket by mail, fax or e-mail.

Why should I use electronic ticketing?

An e-ticket is safer for you because it can never be forgotten, lost or stolen. You board your flight the normal way with this ticket, even if you do not have your TAP Victoria membership card or credit card with you.

Just present your passport or identity card as identification at a check-in counter.

With an e-ticket if you need to change or cancel your reservation, you don't need to do it in person - just contact us.

Where can I purchase an e-ticket?

You can make your flight reservation at www.tapvictoria.com or www.flytap.com. Alternatively, contact TAP or Victoria Call Centre, a TAP ticket office or your travel agency.
