Victoria Services - 28 January

With you in mind, we are making improvements to the Victoria Programme platform. 

We would like to inform you that, due to technical intervention, some of our services will not be available on 28 January.

 

On that day, you will not be able to book reservations, issue tickets, make upgrade requests or check your miles balance. Only general information will be available through the customer services.

 

For Victoria members with miles expiring at the end of January, we ask that you contact the Victoria Customer Service Centre before 27 January to have your miles issued or revalidated.

 

We apologise for the inconvenience.
