Taxes payment is applicable for each passenger.

After award ticket issuance, only the date of travel or flight number (time) can be changed. Is is not possible to change the booking class or route.
* All Free Tickets may be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure, providing they have not been partially used and are still valid. Miles will be re-credited with the initial validity date.
** This fee is waived if you book online and is not refundable.
